Shipping policy

All items are printed and shipped directly from a reputable printing facility. The exact location of this facility will be different depending on the location of the end customer.
Once your order is received, it will take 2-5 business days to process your item(s). Your order is then shipped. Shipping times vary depending on delivery destination. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email with a tracking number so you can stay up to date on your order's location.


FAILURE TO DELIVER
If your order failed to deliver or is unclaimed, it will be sent back to the facility that originally shipped the item, where it will be held for 28 days. Dice & Devil Horns will reach out to you during this time about reshipment. 
In these cases, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the item.


STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package was marked as delivered but you didn't receive it please contact your local post office and ask to verify it was delivered to the right address. If your package was stolen from your address then make a police report.


CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT VAT
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination and will be the responsibility of the buyer.
